Service Schedules

Service times throughout this pricing information are working days and do not include weekends or holidays. They also do not include the time required for pick up, delivery or shipping orders to and from PPS. We pledge to make every effort to meet our published service times. If faster than normal time is required, Priority Rush charges may apply. Times listed are for normal quantities. Large or complex orders may take longer.

Priority Rush Service

If your order requires faster service than our normal times, you must order Priority Rush Services. This "Red Flag" service personally ushers your order through each department to assure your delivery time is met while our quality standards are met. Service charges are indicated under each product category.

State Tax & Exemptions

All invoices will be billed West Virginia State Sales Tax unless an official Sales Tax Exemption Form is submitted. Please submit such forms when placing your order.

Copyrighted Material

There is an ongoing concern among photographers about copyright infringement. Under Federal Copyright Law, 17 U.S.C. #106, the individual professional photographer is the owner of the copyright of the images he creates and has the sole and exclusive right to make reprints, or to authorize the making of reprints. Please note that this means any professional photographer's image, whether it contains a copyright notice or not, may not be copied without the written permission of the photographer. PPS cannot, and will not, copy any photograph that is not accompanied by a written release from the original photographer. Purchaser represents and warrants that by requesting Photographic Production Services, Inc. to reproduce any copyrighted work, purchaser has either: (1) obtained permission from the copyright owner to reproduce, distribute and display such copyrighted work, or (2) will use the reproduction prepared by Photographic Production Services, Inc. solely for teaching, research, scholarship, or for criticism, comment or news reporting, and will not sell or use the reproduction in any other manner which is to the direct financial detriment of the copyright owner. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify Photographic Production Services, Inc. for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees, or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Photographic Production Services, Inc. at the request of purchaser.

Limit of Liability

Submission of any film, print, slide, negative or other material to Photographic Production Services, Inc. for processing, printing or handling constitutes an Agreement by the client that any damage to the material submitted or loss of the same by Photographic Production Services, Inc., our subsidiary, or agents due to any reason or cause including, but not limited to, our negligence or other fault, fire, flood, storm, theft, or mechanical failure, or by any other cause, will only entitle the client to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. The acceptance by Photographic Production Services, Inc. of the film, print, slide or negative is without other expressed or implied warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Photographic Production Services, Inc. assumes no liability for loss or damage to orders in transit to or from Photographic Production Services, Inc. All prices and services are subject to change without prior notification.

Commercial Accounts

Commercial accounts are available to qualified businesses. To open an account with PPS, complete and return a copy of our account application. Please allow two weeks for application processing. Revolving accounts are not available.

Invoices are issued with each completed order. Our terms for open accounts is Net 30 days. Statements will be sent at the end of each month which include all purchases from that month. Your payment is due by the 15th of the following month, or the 15th of the month the statement is sent. Our policy on delinquent accounts not paid within thirty days is similar to other labs, in which accounts not paid within thirty days from the date of the statement will be subject to a carrying charge. Accounts with past due invoices will be assessed a service charge. Past due accounts are subject to suspension, at which time orders will be accepted on a prepay or credit card basis only. If you are assigned a credit limit and you exceed that limit, you will be contacted to arrange payment before we can process your order.

MasterCard/Visa/American Express/Discover

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for your convenience. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. If you want all orders on your credit card, please notify us and we will maintain the necessary information and automatically charge all orders to it until you instruct us otherwise.

Insufficient Funds

There is a return check fee of $15.00. Repeated return checks will cause an account to become "cash, cashier's check, or money order only."

Special Quotations

We specialize in services other labs are not able to complete. We are eager to provide price quotations for quantities and services not listed in this price list. Please don't hesitate to contact us for information and a quote on all your special requests.
